    well it was released by me back in nfscars in 2018. then mod was deleted and phantimo just remade it better. Its his mod now, not mine. He's just using textures.

    RV Yes it is from streetracer23. As for the mod, I need to get permission from people first before I can release it. There are quite a few, but for now I am still working on it.
