MoLiEG's 2010 Vauxhall Insignia VXR
Intro by: Netcarshow.com
"Packing 325 horsepower, a sophisticated four-wheel-drive chassis and a sub-six second 0-60 time, Vauxhall Insignia VXR is set to take the mid-size performance saloon market by storm when it goes on sale early this summer, with a level of dynamic prowess which aims to raise the bar in its class."
Welcome to another Showrrom entry by me.
This time, we have a Forza Motorsports 3 car, the Vauxhall Insignia VXR from 2010. You see, I've been searching for a while for a Vauxhall car to add to my game since I replaced the Monaro with something else, because, well, I did no see any reason to keep it in my game since the GTO is pretty much the same car and I liked it more than the Monaro.
At first, months ago, I was pretty sure I was not going to add a new Vauxhall because options were very, very limited, and this particular car is a very heavy mod that features no customization, weird performance and probably the worst driver positioning I've ever seen in a modloader car. But, after everything I did and learnt with the Morgan Aero SS and several other cars I reworked in Blender, I decided to give it a try and also rework this one.
The end result is a heavy but competitive early-mid game car that now features minimal customization (spoilers) and brand new secondary logo, performance and engine sound.
As for releasing it, well, I think that is not going to be possible. The Original modder (Dark Ritual) uploaded this almost 15 years ago and I'm pretty sure there is no way to contact him to ask for permission.
Just like the other cars I've posted (other than my 100% original mods that will eventually be released), best I can do is leave you the original mod source and the modloader to addon tutorial.
