This mod aims to revamp prostreet's overhaul difficulty,opponents and race days, add new opponents and more

-DLC Opponents Can Spawn In Non-DLC Events

Recommendation:
Keep speed limiter on (keep "RemoveTopSpeedLimiter" in Extra Option to 0)
