  Maybe try adding the design in the background, and the numbers in the front, Maybe it will look like a real license plate. Remove the character name aswell, put them below the numbers.

    In all honesty, these unrealistic design formats are deliberate. I don't want the characters to be blocked by letters or numbers, and yet at the same time, I wanted the designs to be very flamboyant. These designs were all according to plan.

    Close the game, go to scripts folder, then within the folder, go to unlimiterdata folder, and then open General.ini via notepad. Then, find the license plate section and set it to 1 instead of the default 0. Save the file, then close the file, then run the game. You should be able to see license plate option in the visuals tab.
