New speedometer Heat Edition in HD and new tac numbers by David_A
this is my recreation of the speedometer from NFS Heat
copy the file Huds_Custom_10 and put it in the Gobal folder
and for the new numbers do the same with the Languagetextures file and put it in the Languages folder
