This boot screen is not for users over 1024x768 resolution and I can not make another one because my PC is a potato. 
Installation: Extract anywhere, Open TexEd 0.9.1, Open FrontB.lzc, find DEMO_SPLASH (ID 254), replace it with given texture, Enjoy!
