I made my own Hoonigan license plate because nobody uploads this kind of stuff. :P

Works perfectly in the game.

Tools used: Krita, DXTBmp

Instructions:  1) Extract the files anywhere  2) Open TexEd (I would recommend 0.9.1)

                               3) Replace the "LICENSEPLATE" texture in GLOBALB.lzc and GLOBALB.bun with my given texture.

Once you have installed, run the game to see your plate and enjoy! Note if it doesn't work on modded cars, it will depend on if the car chooses the plate from the GAME or selects its OWN installed plate (in the downloaded car)
