This tool improves game stability by providing better control over settings that can cause uneven performance. It is focused on reducing stuttering in MWO, but also works with the vanilla game. It benefits both lower-end PCs that need every optimization and high-end PCs that demand smooth, consistent frame rates.

Features:

Precise FPS limiter

• Locks the game to the exact frame rate you set. Uses high-resolution timers to pace each frame accurately, producing more consistent frame times and less micro-stutter than basic limiters.

Vulkan backend

• Optional renderer for improved compatibility and stability on both old and modern GPUs.

On-screen overlay

• Shows real-time FPS, CPU and GPU usage on screen. Advanced mode also displays frame time, CPU frequency, GPU memory and whether SimRate is modified. You can drag it anywhere and the position is saved automatically.
  

Performance tweaks

• Applies several Windows optimizations while the game is running to improve stability and reduce stuttering, then restores everything to normal when you exit.

VSync handling

• In exclusive fullscreen it respects the game’s own VSync setting. In windowed or borderless mode it disables the game’s VSync and lets Windows (DWM) handle the synchronization instead, avoiding common timing issues.

Automatic refresh-rate control

• Automatically changes your monitor’s refresh rate to the value you set while the game is running, and restores the original refresh rate when you exit the game.

Graphics settings force-write

• Forces the game’s graphics options (Motion Blur, Particles, Rain, VSync, Anti-Aliasing, Shadows and Visual Treatment) by writing them directly into the registry and Settings.ini files.
