Just A No Traffic Mod – NFSMW2012 (v1.0)

Removes the civilian traffic cars from free roam in NFS Most Wanted (2012) PC. The city streets become empty of civilian vehicles, so you can drift and chase without traffic getting in the way.

POLICE ARE NOT AFFECTED. Police cars still spawn and hunt you exactly as in the vanilla game.

What it changes

- Only one file: HAWAIITRAFFIC.BNDL

- Zeroes the spawn weights of the 35 civilian TrafficFlow objects

- Police data is untouched

Compatibility

- PC only, tested on v1.5.0.0 (last PC update, used by Steam, Origin/EA App and most repacks)

- NOT for Xbox 360 / PS3 (different file format)

Install

1. Close the game

2. Copy the _MOD_No_Traffic folder into the game root (where NFS13.exe is)

3. Double-click INSTALL_MOD.bat (it backs up your file automatically)

4. Launch the game

Uninstall

Double-click UNINSTALL_MOD.bat — full traffic is back.

AI disclosure:

This mod was created through a reverse-engineering process assisted by an AI (I used it to help analyze the BNDL structure and locate the traffic spawn data). The edited file was tested in-game and all results were manually reviewed. The download includes backup and restore guides. If that's not acceptable for you, feel free to skip this mod — I'd rather be transparent than sneak it in.
