  I can't use OGVI as it doesn't run on my PC, I can only use `VLT-ED"

    You need to install OGVI on top of Attribulator, as the former acts like a GUI for the latter. If OGVI can't run, install Attribulator first, and only then you can install OGVI on top of it. VltEd users is the reason why I started to include combined modscript (VltEd+OGVI) in my own mods.
