Save. - Run the game and create a new save game. If the car appears visible properly, then you did all right.
FAQ:
Q: What is game directory?
A: That's the folder where your NFSMW installed
Q: Can you make [insert car name here] please? (or literally any phrase that is just nothing but car requests)
A: No, and I will never do that. This is because not only I don't take any car requests, but also I have my own tastes of making cars.

I was thinking of making normal GT-R R33 (more specifically the V-Spec version from Real Racing 3, with parts from Forza Motorsport 4 or Juiced 2), but anything that is rarer like GT-R Autech 40th Anniversary is heavily prioritized over it. I don't know should I use Forza Horizon 6 models, since there are still inaccurate models like the AE86 (but I'm glad Silvia S15 and Skyline R32 finally got free from reused bad model hell)
Nismo GT-R LM (not to be confused with the much later GT-R LM Nismo) has been already made by me before, but I do think it does need some updates such as wheel size adjustment and some other new body parts. I'm not planning to reconvert it using Real Racing 3 model since some parts like spoilerless rear trunk is something that only Forza has (considering the fact that Real Racing 3 has no visual customization aside from rims and liveries). The only thing I will use from RR3 model are the rims (and I will make blue lip as paintable section if I make stock rims paintable). I would be also appreciated if someone recreated liveries from actual racing Nismo GT-R LM (which was the racing model featured in first two Gran Turismo games).
I asked you something, I sent you a message.
