Cool track from Test Drive 5 in NFS4. It is not conversion. I used Egyptian Rally and change all textures and objects and sky to original from TD5

    Could you also do Moscow from Test Drive 5? I think for a basis you could use either your NewYork City ,Las Vegas,Miami Final,or L.A. Final track since these are large city tracks.

    I think it would fit well into game with such available police cars as Lada Niva, UAZ, Lada 2101 etc.

    Evox I'm in the process of getting ready a much better UAZ 469 police model than the one by Mikhailo, It'll likely be high poly though since most of the bases I could find that had actual cut in body lines for the doors and such were higher poly, As for the other modern Russian police vehicles,Most are good to go as there is a whole bunch of goodies I have hoarded up from various 3D model sites, Some of which expect people to have to pay to get the models but I'm sharing them ALL free at the Police H.Q. :P.
