Usage:
1. Make sure Python is installed on your system
2. Open terminal.
3. Install "fcecodec" per instructions in the README, i.e., run python -m pip install fcecodec numpy
4. Run these scripts just like any CLI (such as unvivtool.exe, fshtool.exe) in the terminal
python /path/to/script.py <arg>...
Installing python is documented everywhere on the internet. Thanks for your interest. Anyway, you'll want to use the Blender plugin. :)
