Gives you local cop speech and local race narrators german Egon Hoegen on Landstrasse and french Philippe Bourgogne on Route Adonf. The plugin works on either french, german or english installation. For this plugin to fully work, you need all language files from Data/Audio/Speech. KyoriAsh has thankfully put them together in a single download. Get it here: https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/6965

So all you need to do is install the official language files and after that, install my plugin. And not only the plugin: The plugin checks for text files inside the track folders if it should apply the local cop speech.

This plugin is fully customizable. That means that you can take Andrii Svystum's ukrainian dubbing mod and adapt it to my local cop speech plugin. There's an .ini next to the .asi file where it explains how to adapt. So if somebody creates all necessary files for a norwegian local cop speech, we could actually have norwegian cop speech on norwegian tracks or australian tracks or spanish tracks or italian tracks or japanese tracks for example. Unfortunately though, this requires much, much patience and many, many audio banks to get spoken in.

At the moment, this plugin doesn't support special releases like the japanese version. If you're using a japanese game, check for files starting with cntXXX.bnk and lapXXX.bnk in the japanese Data/Audio/Speech folder, copy those file names, go back to the English and/or German & French folders and create new copies of the "cnt" and "lap" files containing the japanese file names

Random Cop Speech:

Normally, the game has 1 predefined copspchX.bnk for every track. I found that out while testing the french version of the game. On Route Adonf, it uses male cop speech and on other tracks it uses female speech. There are 6 cop speech files for arresting/ticketing scenes but they wouldn't get picked random from the game. This plugin does exactly that. And the best part about it is: You can add as many copspchX.bnk's as you like (according to Gemini). I've tested this with up to 18 bnk's and it actually works.
