No cop speech while being a racer
Description
This plugin disables cop speech radio while being a racer. Very useful for Zalcus20 Disabled Cop Radar HUD. The plugin checks if you're NOT having a pursuit vehicle and then switches the adress for the cop speech. WARNING: This only works when using the actual cop cars' serial numbers. This plugin won't work on racer cars' serial numbers. As soon as you're a cop, the radio will be there again. Very similiar to original game behaviour where you can't turn off the dispatch radio being a cop, but you can when being a racer.
Unfortunately with this plugin you can't use F10 to turn the cop radio on being a racer. It always sets it off until you're starting to become a cop.
Gemini has completely written the script just like the previous one, i just made the work to compile it properly (which didn't take long this time).
Install the files into your main root folder of the game. Apparently you can also put the .asi file into the scripts folder, but i don't recommend it.
This mod replaces my older version of this mod which was just blank .bnk files which was a bad solution. This way of handling the cop speech is way better and you don't have to replace the original cop speech files. So don't use the older version of the mod.
If you don't use Zalcus' Disabled Cop Radar mod, ignore this plugin.

Update V3: There's 1 or 2 adresses which quickly set 0087EE80 (cop speech) to 0 at the start of a race which lets the dispatch send 1 brick of a sentence to the cop radio. The new update prevents this from happening as it's a bit weird

As mentioned in the description, you don't want them enabled when you use the disabled cop radar mod. Other than that, ofcourse you have to use them (not use this plugin)
Personally i like pursuits where you don't know if there's a cop coming up in front of you. It also makes much more sense not to have a cop radar and a cop speech in a super sports car
This is a neat mod. I hope some day we can have a plugin that switches the cop speech audio to the German folder for Landstrasse, French for Route Adonf, etc.
