Description
This tool loads and allows for the whining sound coming from transmission in cars, just like in Most Wanted and later games.
Works on versions 240 and 242 of the game.
Normally, you hear 12 different sounds from your car, but now it has increased to 15 along with whine. So each car can got 3 new sounds
New parameters have been added to car.ini (the one in audio/sfx). This allows you to adjust settings related to whine-related sounds.
