512x texture for high quality texture mod on VEG patch

256x texture can be used instead by renaming CARGAR.TGA

2530 total combined polygons for compatibility with unpatched game:

• 1166 polygons for high quality model (LOD0)
• 759 polygons for medium quality model (LOD1)
• 593 polygons for low quality model (LOD2)
• 12 polygons for tiny model (collision)

Revised gearing to match the real truck's specs

Because now the traffic version is updated in the traffic pack, this now only contains the -hopefully- well known Knockout version.

Full source is included: model as .z3d file with materials and dummy settings, texture as .TGA and .PDN files with layers for ease of work.
