New sound samples from NFS: High Stakes PSX version (this time without clicks! Wow! I hate myself).

Fixed an annoying white outline on the steering wheel

Adjusted performance for more real verified data, slighty revised gear efficiency to remove shift skipping.

Reworked for the Extended Lights mod.

Added yellow shade for Wild One, a dark gray colour from the roadster unit sold to the Sultan of Brunei; adjusted blue colour to match coupe chassis nº19.

The pack contains a bonus skin, which is the chassis nº4 running #1 on the D2 Privat livery, with the corresponding loading screen on PSX style. 18_01.QFS is a backup of the standard version also on PSX style.

A template texture is also included, in .PDN and .TGA version.
