Made by Sniper for NFS4.
Converted to NFS3 by Skoti.
I've added some extra bits and pieces to make this car more realistic:

Few lines from Captain's Corvette C2 CARP.TXT, so the Bel Air now has 2spd auto/4spd manual gearbox which makes it able to go little over 200kph/125mph and compete with C Class cars. (I suggest using manual gearbox)
