  The original mod was released on an old installer. The archived upload was released as separate files with no mod.ini or .exe file present.

  Judging by the style of readme file included here and the fact that all bodykits are all duplicates of stock ones, I suppose it was actually made by Dark Ritual (one of old people who made multiple rice-proof cars), as Riva only ripped car models from Forza and almost never converted them to NFS games.

  Also I hope all other mods from drivingpassion will be reuploaded because there are mods from drivingpassion that haven't been uploaded anywhere else, including Normo's mods, and because exclusivity to a single site has a high risk of becoming lost media if the site in question will go offline, which did sadly happen to drivingpassion.

  is it the same Riva who made a lot of cars for Midtown Madness 2?

    Riva made multiple Midtown Madness 2 cars, but he never makes any Need for Speed mods. This mod here was actually made by Dark Ritual, who is one of few people who make rice-proof vehicles. Riva only rips models from Forza Motorsport 3, and even then, it's only stock model without any bodykits. As of now, Riva's FM3 rips are obsolete as you can just somehow get an unpacked Forza X360 game and use Forza Studio. For DLCs and all of Disc 2 content, you might need to use wxPirs as well.
