Ninth addon and fourth solo car, The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, it's now available in Palmont City. It can be install via Ed the Car Dealer and Binary either. Also, it's located in Tier 4.

Thanks to Eclipse 72Ruz, who gave me the permission to convert it to an addon car.
