I agree it looks better with these normals, even if it's a very low-poly car. Could probably still look better though, all I've done is touch it up a bit with FCE finish.
For example, there are some wrinkles in the front fenders that I can't get smooth, you can see that in the SOTD ofMarch 25th.
Noise: it's true that it's one of the older files on the site here, but modding for NFS4 had already been going on for a year or so by the time IH8COPS released this... I think the first mods for NFS4 came out within days after the game's release in May '99 (Check out author Halfmoon on NFSCars)
@ Remko: You should consider releasing all your updated addons as some kind of "V2" oder "Remko-Editions" You reeeeaally made a lot of classic cars shine with new normals and bugfixing like this Oldsmobile or RunR's Ford Thunderbird. What a pitty that we can't try them out ;)
