Yet another car from NFS Underground 2 CCCP (USSR) mod pack.

It was created by other MirNFS admin Vitalya00100, and unfortunately, like Pobeda (Volga's predecessor) from the fellow MirNFS admin AleXmaN, it suffers from solid color textures.

Of course, I tried to replicate the design of that one black Volga from Black Lightning. It's not exactly same, but it's close enough.
