Yes, it's officially called UAZ Classic in English (according to UAZ website), while in Russian, it's UAZ SGR (Staryy Gruzovoy Ryad), and it's commonly nicknamed as "Bukhanka"

While this one is mostly fully tunable except for hoods, it sadly lacks any vinyls, which is the reason why I left it without vinyls. I mean, seriously, are they too lazy to remap their cars' UV map or they find vanilla NFSU2 debug vinyl textures too vague? Or they can't even split the paint mesh into different mapping territories?

And here's fun fact: this mod is the main inspiration behind UAZ-3909 mod for NFS Most Wanted.

Done in NFS Underground 2 CCCP (USSR) mod pack. Like I said before, this is not an original version (the original version used a text-only bootleg translation with different font, while here I installed an official translation by SoftClub).

The what was said in the link refers the car as "Tabletka", which imho fits for UAZ Classic ambulances, but not to UAZ-3741 since this is cargo van version of "Bukhanka" and not an ambulance (passenger van and ambulance versions have extra side windows).
