WOW! I am in love again!
It looks muuuuch better than your old version 1 and is muuuuuch more accurate than Bodie's "Daytona" what makes it the ultimate Ferrari 356GT/B for NFS4. The body is supersmooth with fantastic normals, the doorlines are wonderfull and crisp and there are logos in the front and back
If I could find something to criticise it would be the normals of the rims at the inner part of the spokes (the stars). You can clearly see a diagonal dark line in every spoke.
And I would love to see some diffusor glass panes in front of the headlights. the (light grey) vertical lines that are on the black glass part between the headlights should be on the headlight glass, too. Maybe you could do this with a semi-transparent texture (as on your Ferrari Modulo or TeamRSR's Porsche 911)
