It has been 20 years since you have left this city. Rockport, once considered as a great example of seaside fused with urban lanscape, is now nothing more than a shadow of its former self. Abandoned by citizens, it is now a meeting point from all over the world. In other words, it is a place for lost souls seeking for purpose. The racers who came to the city, would name the city with quite a different name. And that name was "No Man's Land".
