Empire City New Concept

Hi everyone,

Maybe it isn't the best track ever saw but it looks very nice I think.
A new version of Empire City. It is a little messy but maybe it will look great.
The treack has got some new textures and it isn't the old sober Empire City anymore.
There are new houses, a police station, Traffic lights,  some new road signs, cones , New road textures and rivers.

Yes, you can go inside it.

Eh, I've got a little problem  
The track I'm working on is based on the track Empire Backstreets version II made by Sergi.
Not the orginal Empire City from EA.
Does somebody have got the E-mail adress of Sergi so I can ask permisson for Using his track?
I'm sorry I didn't see I was using his track. :dunno:
