Go to C:\Users\"x"\AppData\Local\NFS Underground 2 [Here, "x" can be any name, depending on the user of the pc] (The AppData folder is hidden by default, if you do not know how to view hidden folders, you can take help of the internet to learn it)

Drop the CREW folder in the NFS Underground 2 folder (the folder I mentioned above)

Run the game.
