Well, now this is solved with the help of this mod, where the alpha parameter was raised for all neons (from 32 to 64), and the color saturation of tier 1 neons was also increased (was 128 - became 255)

As a bonus to this, there is an increase in the brightness of the pulse tubes

Ну, теперь это решено с помощью этого мода, где всем неонам был поднят параметр alpha(с 32 до 64), а так же была увеличена насыщенность цветов у неонов первого тира(было 128 - стало 255)

Бонусом к этому идет увеличение яркости у пульсирующих трубок
