based on my B13 SE-R for NFSHS/NFSU2, some parts from NFSU2, Carbon and PS/replaces NEON

Installation (make backups first!):

Put the NEON folder into your NFSU CARS folder.
Run NFSCfgInstaller and look for your NFSU folder, then pick the file Nissan Sentra SE-R (B13).u1car in the CFG folder when asked.
With NFS TexEd, open FRONTEND/frontb.lzc and look for ID 338 to replace it with the secondary logo provided.
With NFS LangEd, open your language file in LANGUAGES folder, look for ID 1790 and 1537 and change them to Sentra SE-R (B13). Hit Apply and save.
