Police vinyl? Sounds fun, but hope it has a debug...

It's also a DDS image in your VINYLS.bin
Some cars won't have it because the author did not replace it, you can find it in the file downloaded if he included it.
wait..... you mean "debug.tga" or "FORDGT_DEBUG"? dude you can found the debug in vinyls.bin in id 31
I checked there and I saw the FORDGT debug.
It is not there, anyone found it?
As I said, I know how to make textures.
Download DXTBmp (if you do not have). It is a VERY useful tool to convert. Open the texture image version and press File>Save as>DDS texture anywhere you want with ARGB from the options.
Hope this helped because for sure I have done this many times before.

Yup, through its textures,
eclipse72rus's p1 gtr has wrong material, so we cant apply vinyl through its vinyl menu
But its debug template is totally complicated, you can see one of the vinyl i made on my garage
