  Im sorry man But I cant trust your mods 

  I once downloaded the Agera mod and It showed me missing parts while It worked for the others

    Well looks like you hit download and install right away, you didn't read what the mod is or what it needs to work as it should

    i said install viper4k pack first

    without it you will have a missing parts of the car and that what happen to you

    and for your info before i upload any car, i test the car in 3 games from 15 minutes to 20 minutes per game to see if there is any problem or bug will show up to fix before i upload them

    and i also downloaded the car after your comment to test it ,and it work as it should no problems

    make sure to install that pack for the car to work as it should, and if you have it in your game and you still have this problem you did installed a mod that is not compatible with viper pack and messed it up!!

  I don't even have that viper4k pack installed and I always recompile the car in order to add the missing parts myself, and it ALWAYS worked!

  
  

  In this case - just like in the case of other cars which require the viper4k pack - I bet it's the rubber tire that is missing. You just recompile the car's textures and then the geometry file to add the rubber tire, and then it works! I have all the cars by this great author Devils Speed and I used this procedure with each and every single one, and then it ALWAYS worked!
