Install:
1. Download and install MW 1.3 Patch
2. Download and install NFSMW ModLoader
3. Extract ADDONS folder to game directory
4. Add or edit shortcut. In target box add "-mod" at the end without quotes
5. Run the game using shortcut and choose Renault Clio v6. BMW M5 E28 will be visible instead of Renault Clio v6.

    I made a small mistake in description. This car is actually converted from Forza Motorsport 4, not Real Racing 3.
