  It was a great time to be alive, I was just a kid in the 70's but I remember all the cool cars! I have some Hot Rod magazines from the late 60's to 1970 and I love looking at the old muscle car ads! Most anything could be had for less than 5 thousand dollars and you got gobs of horsepower and a four speed with positraction!!!! Who could ask for more?

  i have a car from 1970 and me dad had a duster he loved it till he got a GTX he loved that car so much he wished he never sold it but he had to move to australiaoh and i have a 1970 Ford XY falcon futura(nice car it is)

  XY Futura, our fathers soo lived the same era, sweet choices in cars. My overview of Ford and Holden. New series of cars: Holdens rules! Old muscle cars: Fords rule! Evens out dont u think? =oP

  Hey I'm only 12 , but I can tell a rare car when I see it. My dad has a 1963 Ford galaxie hardtop that his employer sold to him when he work as a 911 phone operator. Before he bought it it the stock engine blew and now it has a mercury 429ci engine (60's) in it, but one problem is it overheats, and another being the car needs a decent restoration job.

  Hey Need FORD Speed, tell your dad to install a bigger radiator, that Galaxie probably originally had a 390 in it, a cooling system upgrade should fix the problem, nice car, HUGE but nice! I have a 1968 Dodge D-100 Custom truck that my grandfather left to me, 60,000 original miles on her and she is Cherry with a V8. Love It!!!!!!
