Description
Following the introduction of the highly sucessfull 240Z, Datsun raced special versions of the 240Z in rally races from 1970 to 1973. It was fairly sucessfull, winning the gruelling Safari Rally overall in 1971 and 1973. The rally version produced about 240hp, 90 more horsepower than stock.
This NFSHS 240Z rally is based off my street 240Z. I could never find enough pictures of a single car to replicate a particular set of sponsor decals, the sponsoring seems to be different on every car. So instead of trying to make the paint scheme 100% accurate, I picked several sponsors who seemed to be on several cars, and put their decals in the approximate layout they were usually in. So the sponsor decals aren't 100% accurate, but they are close enough considering what little I had to go on.
