  Actually, the zip contains three of the 'traffic' cops that pursue you in HP mode: the white police cruiser, the hatchback and the Caprice. They're converted into cars that you can drive yourself now.
  Ironically, the pictured SUV is not available. ;)

  whats the point of this, anyone could do it them selves, and well. a hell of a bunch of people have done this before. including myself well a long time ago, hehe. like when i first found this site. which was around when it first begean, well a little after that.
