So this is a convenient pack that combines:

Two PSX-exclusive local police cars:

•  Lamborghini LM002
• 83 Chevrolet Caprice
• One silly extra car just because I could

• Enables the LM002 and Caprice to be used by the game
• Restoring the full PSX local police cars
• Enables the interceptor Diablo to be actually used by setting opponent's difficulty to Hard.
• The Falcon can still be used on the 10th track, or with Cheat Engine, custom .exe or Jericho's menu mod
• Enables these two extra cars to be used by GOxx cheat code; Knockout truck is now GO23
• Custom sound for the LM002! (well I stole it from myself but who cares)

These cars are prepared for the Extended Lights mod, which is very recommended. The lights patch is still incompatible with the Menu mod so keep that in mind.

The patch should be applyable to any version of NFS3 in existence, as the replaced code was confined to just original game's code. 

While this patch does not replace any existing file, replay compatibility will be lost because I had to move some serials around in order to make the two extra cars drivable by GOxx codes.

Of course also you can't play online with people without the patch because of the same reason.
