  No, this is not a Ford Crown Victoria & isn't even a BMW M3 GTR anymore.
  

  I recant my comment, making it purely on others comments and an image.
  

  I downloaded it and checked it out, and it is actually a pretty good job other than the Bugs/issues posted.
  

  More Improvement Ideas:
  

  If I could have my personal license plate, 

  working backup lights 

  and the horn sounding like a police siren 

  and the vehicle taking damage, would make it even better

  Again, Good Job.

    Probably you can replace licenseplate with your own one using NBTC https://www.nfscars.net/need-for-speed-most-wanted-2012/17/files/view/14698/
    
    About other improvements, maybe it's possible to make them but I don't have time for it because of school.

    I have nothing but time.

    If someone could direct me to a tutorial, or create a tutorial

    on how to and what tools you need to create cars for NFSMW, 2012

    myself and more people would likely make more great cars.

    Thank you for the information.
    

    Now I completely understand why people don't make them.
    

    You must have a "college degree" and it takes more time of your life than I even have left to make one of them. 
    

    I'll just stick to crashing them up in the games. 
    

    I thought it might be fun to make my own new cars for the game
    

    BUT
    

    That looks like NO FUN at all to me.
    

    So I'll leave all that tedious brain work for you guys.
