  Pretty sure this is a Benny SOTD, seems some of the authors names got confused during this time, not sure why. So the cars you see here were probably never released with these modifications.
  

  
  

  I think the police car here is Dodge Boy's, possibly the Mustang in the back too, it's hard to tell. I didn't realize the livery was based on a real car (Super Stallion), that's actually interesting, thanks for pointing that out.

    There are probably hundreds or maybe thousands of mods gone forever because nobody saved them on their HDD's or even released them sadly..
