  Hello Sarge Paul, C3 Corvettes are available for High Stakes (e.g. by Sniper or Krystoff), just look around a little on the popular sites. For NFS4 handling overhaul, try different iterations of the 4Lower/Stiff'n'Roll mod by Geminiyo.
  This kind of questions you better ask in forums, though.
