    Yup, It's made using the new updated 1990 Chevy Caprice that was tweaked by CVPI19. The JetSonic alllight lightbar is by BrabusAMG.

    They're not white, They're the default silver that the car is textured to, Would be a pain in the ass to try to set them to the black/white and remap them so I left them silver .

  them door lines make it look better. this also looks like the type of Cop car in the Terminator 2' DVD movie I owned so long )
