  69' Mercury Cougar Eliminator by Kris Winters. I highly doubt you can still grab it anywhere nowadays...

  Yeah it's never been on many sites as far as I remember. Released in oct. '99, it was only available on Doughhead.com and the early NFSGarage before its reboot in early 2002.
  
  It's one of those cars I've been meaning to re-upload here, We even discussed it on the forum a few years ago here: Link (that download link is dead, though)

  Cool,yeah : } I like the Rims/Tires much cause on side Views,are not invisible like the newer,ones can be?
