  Yes, as Zalcus said, you load a modified ghost file to enable more AI racers.

  I guess, I need to back track the Threads to find out how do this? So 12 Racers, is the Max then? Can you email this File. Some how, or does it have to be your, own game setup... thanks to Zalcus for reminding me about it all. :)

  a question concerning ghost file modified races though, will the 'additional' racers also show up in race results then? :o :)

  Yes, they will show up like normal in the menu after the race (and also during the first replay but it might be off screen). Their licence plates will also not show their names.
