  LOL. It's a nice cop car, Rare in that it has a revolving yellow gumball with twin red flashers, No other police force has used this set up before.

  Tried that Volvo Amazon recently, it's nice but to many polies are removed, the inside is incomplete.

  I was trying to make it traffic compatible was why, but gave up..The car was originally over 100000 polys :P. I reduced it in 3DS Studio Max 2010 and stuck a inside into it from a very low poly car from a 3D site..Still though it comes in slightly too high for traffic police cars :(. A car making God like NJXJ220 could have done this though due to his skills XD.

  Not never used FCE Finish 2? Well that's how..You use that to edit lights and their colors, One eludes me though..But I read long ago it can be done, GREEN lights..I read about this but can't remember the setting to..I tried mixing blue and orange but nope..Came out a Euro style blue (blue with white mixed in). Once I get that hammered out I can begin making the police special VIP escort vehicles of VoPo and Soviet Militia for my upcoming ColdWar mod.

  I have a So called friend lives few miles away, he likes his war stuff to. He gets on EBay looking for ,metals,buttons, Model plains, he spends to much $$ on the stuff WwII Things. Hey thanks for the Car make sure is cool. Also you can use NfsWizard to change colors in the Fce mode,under light editor,Tab. So.. Fce Finish program hates me to :P yes Njxj220 is Sort of a Nfs4 great Modder.
  Took me all these years figure it out. Yea,to bad it can't be used in traffic/cops maybe someday with your Hammers pal ;)

  _WiLL_ Not this one I'm afraid, It's been reduced as far as possible while keeping it in shape..I had knocked it down to 4000 something but the body looked awful and it had holes in it..So I had to settle for 5453. As for your pal, I guess what he collects is ok but for collectors of the ColdWar stuff like me we approach with caution as so much has been conjured up to lure collectors to it, In particular the DDR, I am in the know on what's REAL and what's FAKE cause I have met and chat with the former officials and everyday citizens from there, You wouldn't believe how much hats have been altered to look the part or real hats that have been altered into something just plain STUPID that people fall for alot..See here:

  They make this garbage using real police hats (the dark blue is transport police,green ones are standard police)
  
  We also know they take the grey NVA hats and make fake WW2 German hats from them too.
  
  Now if your pal is confined to US WW2 stuff that's diffrent, I'm sure they can fake some stuff on it too but I don't know the experts on that.

  Guys I have a much better base to remake this now that I got from TurboSquid and it's not ultra high poly so I'm NOT reducing anything on it bodywise or insidewise.
