This mod is a celebration and ode to the Need for Speed saga for its 30 years of existence, and the best way we can think of to honor and showcase the history of this franchise is to bring as many character cars and presets as we can to ProStreet, from EA Seattle games to Criterion Games' current work. However, we thought that just bringing in the most well-known ones would be too easy and predictable, so the spotlight will be on those character cars and presets that haven't received enough attention, both from fans and EA.

What does it have?

More than 40 presets (and counting) that replicate the most obscure cars in the entire series, whether because they were overshadowed by others or because they were from forgotten games in the franchise, it doesn't matter. High Stakes, Hot Pursuit 2, Underground, Carbon: Own The City, Undercover, Payback, there's a little bit of everything. You'll probably see some familiar faces, because after all, everyone deserves a place, but the spotlight is on those you know or remember the least.

These presets are not simply copied and pasted either, as all of them have had their liveries accurately recreated in 4K (some may feature creative liberties to preserve their essence or improve their aesthetics, but none have undergone any major changes that distort the livery and thus, defeating the purpose of this pack).

Did you think the liveries were everything? Think again, because we're also porting and even rescaling the original kits from these presets!

Best of all? These presets are add-ons, so they don't break or replace any vanilla parts. You can use them freely beyond the presets they are inherently tied to, so go crazy pimping your own custom blueprints with new body kits!

We are also thinking about importing Carbon's global spoilers to ProStreet (since many of these presets use those spoilers) and give some of these presets the original hoods, but we don't promise anything. What we do promise is that you will see new kits!

As an added bonus, we are undertaking the monumental task of fixing all the grilles and poor UV maps on all the cars in the game. Everything made by us.

When will it be ready?

Fuck knows, but the project is going steady.

How complete is the mod?

So far, of the 43 cars we have on our list, only 27 of them are completely done.
Making and implementing the parts is a huge job to do, so that's what will take us the longest to complete.

Several parts and resources are taken from other projects/modders and adapted by hand to ProStreet. The full list will be posted at mod release time to avoid spoilers, but we have already talked with the modders to have their parts integrated and adapted to ProStreet by us.
