Attachments dont work

When I tried to reply to a certain topic using attachments, i was not able to attach a file. It was a jpg which was 89KB. What is the problem? ARe others able to attach? Reply here.

I have problems sometimes. But if you try to attach a file after editing the original message it always works to me. I think that the problem is with the "Quick Post" only. Try it.

I never had a problem with it.

I believe I also had problems with attachments or maybe sometimes.
