How do I make a police car for Need for Speed Most Wanted?

Following the ignorance of a couple of users on my first blog (apart from rapzeh and Stylizer), i am starting to get the urge of making the police car, instead of downloading it. But how do i make it, if i can't download?

You don't. I guess you could check with this these guys, but they're experienced designers who have been doing this for years and still don't get it.

Making cars for MW is a bit tough in general... though there are a bunch of tools that you'll need in order to get started... there are some tutorials around on the Internet... one of them posted by CV316. I've attempted using this site: http://freakforspeed.sitesled.com/ before when I failed to model a car, heh. But keep on looking bud.

Probably, if ignorant people don't answered you in the other POST it was because rapzeh, MW and Stylizer told you all what we know about that...
Maybe you should consider using less the "mad" smilie and being more polite.

But listen. You cant be perfect in one try. ALso modelling police cars is a lot more difficult task than normal cars. A small mistake & your game crash. ALso no one is gonna help you

ROCKPORT POLICE GUY Just a head up it's not that easy .You need to know what you are doing the readme are know help .I have know idea what I am doing so I have just give up on the project till someone can help me or someone can make a Tutorial that will help .Becuse the readme are worthless .All the CV are own by Police Garage .Thy are all copyright by use so thy can be used only by use .So just a head up

I m going to make a tutorial shortly on that. But its too lengthy procedure. Might take upto a month or two! But its not impossible. Now as I am at home the whole day, exams are finished. I will write everything & post here shortly.
