Yea,and is there a version available for NFS3???  It looks cool!!!

ToyotaWish

Ohhhhh!! That's niceeee! :bigthumb:

Hell yeah it is!!!  Any chance of anyone doing a RX-8 that has slightly tuned performance for NFS3, or perhaps a Chevelle, New Concept Charger, New Monte Carlo SS, or a Porsche Cayman S for NFS3 as well?

I wanted help in making the calculations.

@ZPectre Thanks for writing so much for me. :bigthumb: But  I wanted help in making the calculations. :o I know that what you have typed. :D BTW Nice work on the Aston Martin. Looks awesome in that colour.;)

Cooya!

Thanks Zpectre for that wonderfull DB9... Now the collection is almost complete.
And yes, the colors of the DB7 are nice but not correct for this model... You should use my V8 Vantage colorset as this is the right one for the DB9 - I used the new Aston Martin 2007 colors for it. In fact they look almost the same - only the names are not as nice.
And can you please scale it a bit up to make it as long as my DB7? It would look strange if the DB9 is so much smaller than it...

There isn't really much to calculate other than VTR values and torque at peak horsepower.

I'll change the colours then.

I think I'll leave the scale as it is since I like the dimensions of the MW models. Besides, the model would look weird compared to the other conversions.

BTW, there's a strong chance it will be released today, since it's nearly finished. :D

whoa.. the DB9 will be the first aston i am going to download.... actually this car is real sexy and i am afraid hat (if i was db9 fetish..haha) it would make me mast**bate ... just kiddin....

Oh! !LOL! Me 2.

Cooya!

Great conversion! - I love this DB9!!!
Thank you sooo much....
But as I told you: It is scaled 2-3% too small even compared to your other conversions. It´s as small as your corvette but the DB9 is a 2+2 seater GranTurismo and should be bigger but that´s no problem as everyone can scale it as he likes - I will make my one bigger ;)
I hope to see more of these beauties soon... keep it up!

Love the DB9...what is your next project?

TS

Carrera GT. :D However, it's gonna take a little while. The mesh is more complex than the ones I've been working with lately. Just mapping that glass engine cover was very annoying already.

XenTek sent me the Jaguar XK file so that's what I'm probably going to convert next. I'll have to build the map differently because of an additional tire texture (NFSC cars have the sidewall and tire tread textures separated from the rim picture), but it shouldn't be much of an issue.

@XJ220: I'll compile the Elise mesh, textures and sound, then send you the whole package.
