requesting a saved game for Most Wanted (2005, PC) heat >= 5

i hope it is ok to request this, if not, I apologize.
I was wondering if someone could share their save game for Most Wanted (2005, PC) with a heat of 5 or higher?
the best i can do so far is heat = 4.
would like to know what 5 or higher is like.
