On nfscars.net there's a few cars by Eric(badfish), also a '67 GTO but it's not the same as in your pic.

Nope. That's the stock one without stripes. He's looking for the "Custom" one with the stripes and custom paintjob which unfortunately doesn't seem to be available anywhere. archive.org links are dead as usual
